1. Use of the Service

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Cyrillic Daily for learning purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

2. Free and Premium Access

• The first 7 letters are free.
• Full access requires a one-time purchase.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

3. Accounts

• You may use the app without an account.
• If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login secure.
• You may delete your account at any time in the app settings.
• Account deletion permanently removes all data associated with the account and cannot be undone.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access the service using automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers)
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the app
• Reverse-engineer or exploit any part of the app
• Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, lessons, audio, code, and design in Cyrillic Daily are owned by us or our licensors. You receive only a right to use the service; no ownership is transferred.

6. Payments and Refunds

• Stripe handles all payments. We do not store card details.
• Because Cyrillic Daily is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that doing so waives your statutory right of withdrawal where applicable. No refund will be issued except where required by mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence (including EU/UK withdrawal rights).

7. No Professional Advice

All learning content is provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy at all times.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Availability and performance are not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyrillic Daily is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.

10. Third-Party Services

We use Appwrite for backend services and Stripe for payments. Their terms apply where relevant.

11. Changes to the Service

We may change, update, or discontinue features at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated version.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring proceedings in your local courts where required by law.

14. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Cyrillic Daily.
